MARGARET'S UNICORN by Briony May Smith

Oh my goodness! If you have a child that loves unicorns or looks around every corner and under every flower for mythical creatures, this picture book is for you!

Set in the English countryside, Margaret's family has recently moved a long distance to be close to her grandmother. Feeling a bit out of sorts with all the changes, she goes outside to explore her new surroundings. Imagine her surprise when she notices what she thinks are clouds moving across the sky are actually a herd of white unicorns moving to new feeding grounds. Imagine her even greater surprise when she realizes that a baby one was accidentally left behind. Now, the adventures begin with this little one until the unicorns come back to this feeding ground. This type of picture book is just about as scrumptiously lovely as one can get. Beautiful pictures show memories made throughout the seasons together. Being a unicorn lover myself as a child, it's the sort of book that I would have absolutely loved which is why even today as an adult, it makes me want to search the skies for a herd of moving unicorns. This book is going straight to my SARAH"S FAVORITES BOOKLIST.

Sharing stories, building faith, and growing together, one book at a time.
